Send a photo. Get a real answer.

Tell us what the door is doing, where you are, and attach a picture or two. A photo of the spring, the opener or how the door is sitting tells us more in ten seconds than a phone call does in ten minutes.

Required fields are marked. Everything else helps us give you a better answer, but nothing is mandatory except how to reach you.

Add photos of the problem

The single fastest way to get a real answer. Useful shots: the spring bar above the door, the opener unit and its label, how the door sits when it stops, and any frayed cable near the bottom bracket. Up to 5 photos, 10 MB each.

Prefer to send photos over WhatsApp? That works too — tap the WhatsApp button and attach them to the chat.

Emergency garage door service

Door stuck open, jammed shut, or off its track?

A broken spring or a door that will not close is a security and safety problem, not a scheduling problem. Reach us on whichever channel is fastest for you — send a photo and we can tell you what we are dealing with before we arrive.

FAQ

About getting in touch

What photos are most useful?

Four shots cover almost everything: the spring bar above the door, the opener unit including its model label, how the door sits when it stops, and any frayed cable near the bottom bracket. You do not need all four — even one usually changes the answer we can give you.

What happens after I send the form?

Your request and any photos go straight to us. Someone reviews what you have sent and comes back with what the problem looks like, what it takes to put right, and when we can be there. If something in the photos suggests it is urgent, we will say so.

Is it faster to call or to send photos?

For an emergency — a door stuck open, jammed shut or off its track — call or WhatsApp, because we can prioritise it immediately. For anything else, photos genuinely get you a better answer than a description does, and they mean we arrive with the right parts.

Do I have to pay for a quote?

No. Sending photos and getting an assessment costs nothing. You get the real number after the on-site diagnosis and before any work starts, and you approve it first.

What if my area is not listed?

Contact us anyway with your address. We cover Laval, the island of Montreal, the North Shore, the South Shore and the West Island, and the area pages do not list every single street. We will tell you honestly if you are outside what we can reach.
